After school
Our teacher has turned from a swimming instructor to a coach and no longer is in the water with us.
Dolphins – Level 2
We can now do freestyle, backstroke skills and drills with and without the board.
Orcas
Now swimming freestyle and backstroke, skills and drills for breaststroke and butterfly, competitive dives, starts turns and finishes.
Marlins
Strong technique building for all 4 strokes. Stamina, strength and lots of love for my cheeky fish about to leave me for a big pool.
